Domain, speed checks, analytics and a handover walkthrough. Two weeks of fixes included.
Anything not answered here — ask directly, replies within a day.
Your logo and any photos you have, the text you already use to describe the business, and a rough sense of what a visitor should do on the site. If the copy does not exist yet, I draft it and you correct it.
Yes — that is the point of the ladder. A brochure site is built on the same foundation as an e-commerce build, so adding a CMS or a booking flow later is an extension, not a rebuild.
You do. Domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you get the repository plus a walkthrough at handover. Nothing is locked to me.
Two weeks of fixes are included. After that, small changes are ad-hoc, or a light retainer covers updates, monitoring and content changes each month.
